In addition, I handled the complete payroll process for over 25 clients. This included timesheet validation, billing authorization, exit formalities, bank details validation, and induction of new joiners. I also managed various other processes related to payroll and ensured compliance with company policies and regulations. As part of my role, I was also responsible for exit formalities and onboarding of new employees. I oversaw the entire talent acquisition team for two years, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members. Furthermore, I managed the Background Verification process for two clients, ensuring thorough and timely verification of candidates\' credentials and qualifications. I maintained a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information throughout the entire recruitment and payroll process. Overall, my role as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Payroll involved managing end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes, leading a team, ensuring compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
