Supporting HCL Japan Business in many verticals such as Manufacturing, Telecom, transportation, Financial Services, Public and Mid Markets.• Working closely with hiring managers and developing creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required.• Creating and maintaining rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.• Drive interview with multiple stakeholders, liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis.• Full-cycle recruiting includes create and update job descriptions/job specifications, prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals, source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs, • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
