I serve as the primary point of contact for commercial onboarding with hotel owners, General Managers, and Directors of Sales & Marketing throughout pre-opening and transition phases—ensuring readiness, alignment, and strong commercial ramp-up from day one.Through strategic integration and disciplined commercial execution, I help transform acquisitions and conversions into high-performing, fully aligned assets that deliver measurable results.
