Business Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager, ERP Programme @GSK

Work within the ERP Programme Quality Risk and Compliance team to ensure that high standards of internal control are maintained within the Commercial ERP (CERP) system (SAP) such that SarbOx, Internal Audit and External Audit and other regulatory requirements are met. Key responsibilities and areas of current involvement include: • Work with Business QRC Director maintaining the ERP controls framework during each wave of deployment or business unit, eg, fine tuning detailed control descriptions and ownership and adding controls for new any build, including localisations.• Working with the Business QRC to extend the CERPS controls framework for new process areas and updates to current process areas.• Ensure controls are tested appropriately and proved to operate before testing is complete.• Ensure controls as designed are deployed in each market and remain operational once markets have gone live. This involves working with each wave of markets to create the local controls framework and ensure implementation is complete and embedded.• Review programme documentation to ensure controls are embedded and adequately documented, including BPSD’s, DOMD’s and FRICE SR’s.• Assist Business Quality, Risk and Compliance Director to build and embed Finance Quality approach into ERP Programme.• Provide Financial Compliance subject matter expertise to the ERP Programme and other aligned programmes within GSK.• Where required participate in QRC Programme assurance reviews, either representing QRC or combined with joint internal audit or PwC reviews.• As required, support the Business Quality, Risk and Compliance Director to provide support to steady state ERP templates within GSK, including reviewing changes for Financial Compliance impact.• As required, support the Global Process Owners in preparation for creation of business requirements for template changes, where there is a compliance impact.
