ABOUT LIONEL ROBERT
30 years\' experience within Schneider Electric mostly on the field.I worked at several levels: plant, subsidiary, and cluster in finance’s field and, on several activities: low, medium & high voltage in Power Systems or GSC.Then, I have a strong background in finance, but I have experiences also on Plants merging processes that I performed for Substation’s plants in addition of ERP\'s implementation.At cluster level, I worked closely with Purchasing and Supply chain departments where I enlarged my knowledge.Also, for the record, I used to be the back-up of the plant’s Director and/or Commercial Director mainly on MV-LV ETO plant.Early 2019, I joined Power Systems LTIP Department as Industrial Strategy Director.In roughly 3 years, I increased my skills by performing LTIP Studies validated by functions & organizations involved as Power Systems, GSC, and a strong follow-up support has been given on several transformation for APAC, NAM, Northern/Baltics & French territory 7 projects / overall savings @ 22M€In addition, I took the opportunity to improve my knowledge on M&A processes by being involved on 3 main projects.Since 06/2024, after 2 years as SFCME plant manager, I run now Carros plant.
