Worked on an Agile team maintaining and redesigning a Tech Support application converting it from Java Web services to micro services using Spring Boot, Docker and Reactive Programming. Designed and created a new application to service Comcast devices in Hotels and Hospitality venues. This application backend is Java Spring boot with Reactive programming implementation while the front end is Angular and Java script. Created customer account search micro service which dramatically decrease response time to clients. Redesign and developed a micro service to show device live status. The service was build using Java Spring boot, reactive framework, Docker and deployed on AWS with a MongoDB database. Redesigned and build the customer support application used by field technician and Support engineers using Angular, Reactive framework, Spring and Spring boot, and MongoDb database.
