As Head of Control & Instrumentation at Acuity Engineering, I lead our C&I Discipline with a focus on technical excellence, delivery assurance, and strategic growth within the UK nuclear sector. With 18 years of experience across complex nuclear programmes in France and the UK, I specialise in designing, integrating, and managing high-integrity C&I systems that meet the industry’s most demanding safety, regulatory, and performance standards.My role combines deep technical oversight with organisational leadership: I build and mentor high-capability engineering teams, establish robust governance frameworks, and ensure that our solutions align with UK regulatory requirements, cyber-security expectations, and lifecycle performance needs. I work closely with clients, OEMs, and Tier 1 contractors to derisk delivery, optimise system architectures, as well as drive clarity in requirements and interfaces.Commercially, I am committed to strengthening Acuity Engineering’s position as a trusted C&I partner to the UK nuclear industry. SCADA expert with a pronounced taste for innovation, I am in charge of supporting the I&C engineering core within ASSYSTEM UK.Today, my involvement in the HPC project, one of the most innovative, stimulating and important projects currently in the nuclear field, allows me to expand my knowledge in Nuclear and allows me to bring my vision of new Automation technologies from intelligent buildings.Customer-oriented and Manager with strong skills in Automation, SCADA, Hypervision and Security (CCTV, Intrusion, Access Control), I support EDF, through the NNB Alliance, embedded in the I&C Commissioning team, in the management of several work packages in this I&C\'s area as well as support in the design of specific Automation systems.My 15 years background in integration projects, in particular in turn-key contracts, allows me to keep a global overview of work packages in I&C in addition to keep the contractual and financial interest.
