I\'m the founder of Feeling Ambitious, a specialist Rec-to-Rec consultancy helping ambitious recruiters and growth-focused agencies find each other across the UK and US.We work directly with founders, directors, and investors to secure experienced, revenue-generating recruiters in key growth markets. Our focus is on high-impact hires—people who can build desks, open markets, lead teams, and drive real commercial results. It was a life-changing experience that reshaped my perspective on resilience, priorities, and the value of the right people around you. Recovery required patience, determination, and strong support—qualities that now influence how I work every day, with honesty, empathy, and a focus on long-term success.Today, I bring that perspective into every search and partnership.
