Linzie Venegas serves as President of the Ideal Group. She oversees all the Ideal Group of companies’ accounting, human resources, administration, and marketing activities. As a partial owner of Ideal Contracting, Shield, Surplus, and Setech, Linzie is active in developing the strategic direction of each company.Linzie graduated from the Harvard Executive Education Training Program and the Executive Training Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Linzie is a board member of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and Detroit Public TV. Additionally, she serves on the Cranbrook Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors at Cranbrook Institute of Science. Actively involved in her community, Linzie works with various Southwest Detroit organizations, including Holy Redeemer Grade School, Detroit Cristo Rey High School, and Latin Americans for Social and Economic Development, Inc.(LA SED).
