Retrieval has always been the most critical component of our RAG pipeline. We believe in the power of LLM but fully respect each customer\'s context and customization needs. Each true, sustainable success is a journey and requires a stable, trustworthy partnership.Transcription accuracy and scalability across all languages is my priority. In addition, I want to provide our customers with the opportunity of building their own dictionaries to further improve accuracy and AI insight relevancy.AI Agents. Seeing its architectural transition from intent detection and entity extraction to action and tool-augmented framework with orchestration, and how the power of LLMs pushes the change to happen so drastically fast. However, I still firmly believe human experts must play a key role in supervising and supporting AI - It will always be AI Agents with humans in the loop, as long as human beings exist.
