Leading implementation of Ellucian\'s Self-Service Student Planning COTS Application to allow Student’s capability to plan degree curriculum and register online via mobile devices. Directing PM efforts to deliver an automated Residential Housing tool enabling students to select housing request, and allow the department to fully integrate the housing application, room, billing, and meal plan selection processes. Guiding PM efforts to incorporate a departmental PMO for NSU Office of Information Technology. Developing processes and artifacts to streamline delivery of IT projects Developing project plans and schedules for delivery of OIT internal infrastructure and IA projects to meet Commonwealth IT Security compliance.
