About Linus Huynh

Before my time as a software engineer, I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology at University of California, Riverside. Eventually, I decided that path was not a proper fit for me and decided to pursue a field that revolved more around computers since that was where I was most comfortable and most versed in. I discovered software engineering and enrolled at App Academy, a rigorous hr software engineering bootcamp. Over the course of the bootcamp, I discovered how immersive and stimulating coding could really be and continued to pursue coding as a career. Now I\'m currently working as a full-stack developer intern for Bantr and contributing to non-profit organization curaJOY as a frontend developer on the side. As a software engineer, I am driven to continuously expand my knowledge and deepen my understanding of modern technologies. Building things and knowing that it is helping make a positive impact on people is one of the most satisfying and rewarding aspects of software engineering that motivates me.    Overhauled the UI of the Assessments feature to match newer Figma designs and ensured web responsiveness by employing breakpoints in TailwindCSS which allows users of all devices to interact with the feature• Incorporated a modular header bar that adapts to the current page by conditionally rendering different button groups which resulted in a smoother experience for users as they navigate between pages• Upgraded the Solutions landing by creating new components and reusing other components from other team developers to enhance product first impressions and increase user base
