My experience with cultural immersion by attending University in the heart of Boston has provided me with opportunities of a lifetime. An instilled set of values I have obtained through my leadership position as a Suffolk University Orientation Leader include: emotional intelligence, the value of empathy, communication, and of course team building. I am a firm believer in the importance of learning from others as well as learning about yourself in any, if not all situations. Practicing values consistently will allow one to work passionately and be goal-oriented, which is what I dedicate myself to everyday.
