My Dad taught me how important it is to find something you love, work really hard at it, and success will follow. My journey has been unconventional. It’s been an adventure that has taken me off the beaten path and allowed me to connect with people who are also passionate about what they do. They are the ones that inspire me.I’ve found project management to be much more about the people behind the projects. Much of my time is spent listening and observing, figuring out what communication and organizational approach is best for each individual, deciphering what is going to motivate my team to do their best work and determining how I can best support them.
