With over eight years of experience in mental health counseling, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in addiction recovery, trauma, and crisis intervention. My passion lies in helping individuals reclaim their inner strength and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.I am the founder of Moon Revive Therapy, my private practice designed to provide personalized mental health support for adults. Throughout my career, I have witnessed how life struggles can dim a person’s inner light, leaving them disconnected and overwhelmed. That’s why I chose the name Moon Revive Therapy—it reflects my belief that, just like the moon, even in phases of darkness, our light can be reclaimed.I serve as the Clinical Director at Sophros Recovery, where I lead a dedicated team of 25+ in providing high-quality mental health and substance use treatment. I have worked extensively in strengthening community mental health services, crisis interventions, and evidence-based therapy to ensure individuals receive the best possible care.My background includes growing roles at various companies where I honed my expertise in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and addiction recovery. I am passionate about empowering individuals, leading impactful clinical teams, and advocating for accessible mental health care.I am always open to collaborations, professional networking, and conversations about improving mental health care.
