I work at system level across mental health, learning disability, autism and neurodiversity, supporting complex programmes to move from strategy to delivery with clear governance, measurable outcomes and sustained improvement.With 22+ years’ experience across the NHS and independent sector, including senior leadership and national turnaround roles, I bring deep expertise in service recovery, quality and assurance, CQC readiness, neurodevelopmental pathways (including ADHD and autism), health inequalities (including LeDeR), workforce strategy and co-production.I work confidently with executive leaders, boards and SROs, strengthening delivery plans, improving oversight, and supporting services under pressure to stabilise and improve.I’m particularly interested in consultancy and associate opportunities focused on system transformation, programme assurance, waiting list recovery and neurodiversity strategy.(All work delivered remotely, nationally.)
