In this role, I am responsible for the strategy and analytics for the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists\'(ACDIS) weekly eNewsletter, CDI Strategies, developing, writing articles for, and managing the planning and production processes for the bimonthly CDI Journal. I also update the ACDIS website and work with our internal web development team to implement larger updates and improvements based on data gathered through Google Analytics and industry best practices. Additionally, I develop ACDIS\' social media strategy, help to develop webinars, books, and surveys, and work with our ACDIS\' committees as the group coordinator/administrator.I\'m additionally responsible for maintaining and managing the 300-plus-member ACDIS CDI Leadership Council and the annual ACDIS CDI Scholarship Program. The Council connects forward-thinking CDI supervisors, managers, and directors through personalized insight-sharing and networking experiences that forge valuable relationships, advance strategic priorities, and illuminate game-changing trends. The Scholarship program (which I helped to develop and launch in 2019) exists to assist CDI professionals in enhancing their careers with further education and to increase collaboration among their colleagues by sharing knowledge.
