   Help at Home is a provider of high quality, relationship based home care for seniors and people living with disabilities. The goal is to enable individuals to have great days with independence and pride at employees within 11 states)After taking time off due to Covid, it was time to get back into the Talent side of HR! With some Recruiting experience under me, it was time to dig more into it. Here at Help at Home, I work in partnership to support 63 different health branches within 4 states. As a team, we assist with all of their hiring, training and job maintenance needs. We conduct focus groups regularly, constantly brainstorming new strategic ways of hiring and provide guidance to attract the best Caregivers! To add, we collaborate heavily with other markets to stay on top of ideas and trends. There is always a constant need in Healthcare and I am happy to be a part of the process!Highlight:• Successfully maintain 4 different states: Ohio, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia
