I started my career in education – as a Teach For America corps member, classroom teacher, and later a school leader – where I learned how to lead in fast-moving, high-stakes environments with limited resources and a lot of ambiguity. That experience shaped how I show up today: calm in chaos, deeply mission-driven, and always focused on making things actually run better.Since then, I’ve built my career at the intersection of strategy and operations, leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, and operations. I love stepping into complex, messy problem spaces and bringing structure, clarity, and momentum – whether that’s building new operating rhythms, redesigning systems, or unlocking better decision-making through data.I’m a creative thinker at heart, both at work and outside of it.
