About Linnea Dulikravich
Linnea is a Litigation Paralegal serving FEMA\'s Office of Chief Counsel, where she assists Response and Recovery Division attorneys on litigation and arbitration matters. Previously, Linnea served as the Legal Program Specialist for FEMA\'s Procurement and Fiscal Legal Division where she managed the FEMA Fiscal and Procurement Law Course for over 200 DHS personnel biannually. Prior to FEMA, Linnea was the Operations Assistant at a community development financial institution, the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (\"Wacif\"), and supported their Board of Directors and C-suite executives by managing the implementation of new technologies, streamlining staff onboarding and offboarding processes, serving as Monday.com administrator, and assisting with grant compliance and lending data projects. Linnea has two bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Business Administration specializing in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. During her time at the University of Florida, Linnea worked as a Teaching Assistant for a graduate-level sustainable business consulting class that helped small businesses meet B Corp certification requirements. Linnea’s passion for social impact also led her to pursue five government internships focused on the intersection of law, trade, and economic development at the local, state, and federal levels. When she graduated in 2020, Linnea received the Presidential Service Award and Champions for Change Award for her role as co-founder and Executive Director of a community service conference and grant-writing competition, Assembly for Action. She also received magna cum laude for her senior thesis on the Belt and Road Initiative, analyzing the relationship between partner countries’ sovereign debt to China and their voting alliances on human rights resolutions in the United Nations.
