ABOUT LINNAN CAO
Linnan is a Methane Policy Fellow at UC Berkeley Law’s Center for Law, Energy and Environment (CLEE). She focuses on building a coalition of subnational governments around the world to work on methane across sectors (energy, waste, agriculture). Prior to CLEE, she was with the Environmental Defense Fund where she led the methane research and analytics work to advance Asia Pacific region policies. Linnan has around a decade of expertise in energy and climate sustainability, project management, research and leadership.
