Responsible for driving transparency, traceability and accountability across customer facing functions: • Established teams, processes and related OKRs for pre-sales, marketing, professional services, business operations, customer success & customer support to facilitate Sticky.io’s headless eCommerce Subscription platform. • Managed a monthly 100M USD GMV with around 1M average transaction volume over Sticky’s payment platform that was integrated to the Elavon payment gateway • Implemented various processes and subscription business models for the End-to-end transaction settlement journey starting with a customer placing a subscription order to its fulfillment and reversals • Implemented Value Added Services such as Chargebacks (RDR, CDRN, VISA CE 3.0), Dunning, Account Updater, Klavio, Kount, Blacklisting, etc • Ensured compliance in PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2 year-on-year • Handled different payment systems: Payment Gateways, ACH, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay for over 100M trx/annum • Influencing Product development and roadmap with customer inputs and learnings from key account implementations • Setup Off-Shore Operational teams to maximize around-the-clock coverage for engineering, Dev Ops and Customer Support
