I wrote my first line of code at agent seven-a batch file in edlin on an IBM PS/2. I didn’t know it then, but that moment set the trajectory for everything that followed.What started as curiosity evolved into obsession: BASIC, RPG systems, TI-83 programs (some educational, some.less so), and building tutorials and tools to help classmates survive trigonometry and calculus. Long before \"developer advocacy\" was a thing, I was already teaching through software.In college, I taught myself ASP.NET Web Forms and Web Services and landed my first professional role wearing multiple hats: developer, help desk, and problem-solver. That experience grounded me in something many technologists learn too late-software exists to serve people. Customer empathy, lifecycle thinking, and operational reality matter as much as clean code.Since then, I’ve operated across the full spectrum: small businesses, early-stage startups, large enterprises, and government contracting. I\'ve architected and shipped systems where failure is expensive, scale is non-negotiable, and clarity beats cleverness. I\'ve built products from zero, untangled legacy systems, and led teams through the uncomfortable middle between idea and execution.Today, I operate at the intersection of architecture, execution, and strategy-designing distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and AI-augmented workflows that actually ship. I\'m particularly interested in agentic systems, pragmatic AI/ML adoption, and building platforms that scale technically and operationally.I\'m drawn to hard problems, early ambiguity, and teams that value directness, ownership, and craftsmanship.
