Troubleshoot and parameterize Wind Farm Controllers (WFC)/ Power Plant Controllers (PPC) to resolve technical incidents and ensure dynamic system stability.• Conduct fleet-wide performance diagnostics and statistical analysis of log files to identify systemic error clusters across wind farms.• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to isolate underlying control, communication, or grid interface issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.• Configure and validate grid interface controls, including active/reactive power regulation, voltage support, and frequency response, in accordance with grid codes.• Support grid compliance testing such as Fault Ride Through (FRT), frequency containment, and power gradient response across operational wind farms.• Perform SCADA system configuration and diagnostics using standard communication protocols (e.g, IEC 60•••••04, Modbus, OPC-UA) to ensure reliable remote control capabilities.• Develop and maintain XML-based interface configurations for grid and customer systems, ensuring protocol compliance and customized signal integration.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Aftersales and Ancillary Services to support grid integration strategies, retrofit projects, and system enhancements.• Document technical findings, root cause analyses, and standard procedures to contribute to internal knowledge bases and continuous process improvement.
