Conducted trend analysis on a dataset of customer experience (CX) inbound calling team for 23 days. Proposed a manpower plan to reduce the abandon rate from 30% to 10% during each time bucket between 9am to 9pm. Developed a manpower plan for handling calls during the night, accounting for 30 calls per 100 calls made during the day and assuming a maximum abandon rate of 10%, while also taking into consideration the agents\' work schedule and capacity. Cleaned, manipulated and analyzed a large dataset of IMDB movie records from 19••••16. Identified the top 250 movies based on IMDb ratings and extracted the top 10 directors and actors with the highest mean scores and used PowerPoint presentation to present the findings in a clear and concise manner.
