As Head of Research, I lead a team that puts our 20 million customers at the heart of digital innovation. Over 16+ years, I\'ve specialised in designing AI technology and driving digital transformation across financial services, healthcare, automotive, and consumer products.What energises me most is transforming teams and organisations through the thoughtful adoption of AI. I\'ve guided my research division from AI skeptics to recognised company-wide pioneers through structured experimentation and culture change. Previously, I established the AI user research division at Jaguar Land Rover and led the consumer science teams in Dyson\'s health and beauty innovation labs.I\'ve built research departments from the ground up, contributed to multiple patents in AI, and love developing high-performing teams.
