HSF & my team provide scholarships and support services to courageous young leaders and alumni professionals. The support services include career services include sharing life-changing internship and full-time career opportunities, mentorship, leadership development, knowledge building, and wellness training. We empower our scholars by helping them build confidence and recognize their capability to pursue opportunities that interest them and push themselves to their highest potential. •Support partner fulfillment, including sharing internship and full-time opportunities from corporate partners with undergraduate and grad scholars, as well as professionals from the Alumni association. Draft contents for newsletters. Create and manage campaigns, sending mass communications to scholars via BlueHornet, SendGrid & Mapp applications. Conduct a Recruitment Search, including vetting candidates and routing top candidates to partners. Activate mass communication via Robo texts as necessary to gain interest•Assist in filling internal roles by sourcing and screening candidates on LinkedIn. Schedule follow-up interviews and communicate updates to all parties •Assist with the execution of HSF events and conferences (virtual & in-person). Serve as Program Lead, managing the assigned group of mentors and scholars. Communicate effectively throughout the conference regarding homework, tasks, deadlines, and expectations. Deliver contents and lead sessions.•Collaborate and execute deliverable tasks from other departments such as Scholarship and Student & Program teams. Responsibilities include reading essays, reviewing conference applications, gathering missing documentation from scholars, assisting with conference logistics, booking flights, and more•Support scholars with their career search needs, including resume & LinkedIn profile reviews, sharing interview tips, conducting mock interviews, etc.•Perform tasks and provide support as assigned by managers as needed
