Hi, I’m Lingyi.I’m a people-centered program and engagement professional with experience across international education, talent development, and cross-cultural collaboration. I enjoy designing and delivering programs and events that bring people together, strengthen connections, and create meaningful experiences.I began my career in consulting, supporting corporate talent development and training initiatives, and later transitioned into international higher education. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with students, faculty, and partners across regions, leading and supporting complex programs, improving processes, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experiences.I’m naturally empathetic and service-oriented, and I care deeply about how people experience the programs and communities they’re part of.
