Contributed to and maintained an open-source software framework (e.g. schematic) using Python that streamlined biomedical dataset annotation, metadata validation and submission. • Used D3 and JavaScript to implement expandable and collapsible tangled tree that helped complex various data models. • Designed, implemented, documented, new APIs services using Python and created test cases using Pytest and Schemathesis. • Deployed a R studio docker container in an EC2 instance and provided overall infrastructure support for undergrad students participating in Mini-Dream Challenge, which is part of the CSBC/PS-ON Summer Research Program.
