Origin is a medical device IVD company located in Granta Science Park with a mission to transform screening and diagnosis of bowel diseases. We have an unique sample collection device allowing to collect human rectal mucus samples. This sampling is better than blood, stool and other sample types in terms of cancer detection. Once nucleic acids extracted, methylation markers status analysed which allows the physician to determine if further colonoscopy is necessary.
