I am a R&D Scientist with 15+ years\' experience leading research projects. I have received training in 2 world-class laboratories and my work helps biotech companies to achieve key milestones. Some highlights of my experience are as follows:> At Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc, I am leading a couple projects advancing the development of different types of gene therapies. And I am also organizing the next-generation sequencing core to support the needs of the department.> At Prime Medicine, Inc, I led the Cystic Fibrosis program to establish a successful pre-clinical data package and attract funding from Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In addition, I also helped to build up tools for the gene editing platform in the company.> I have a broad range of skills, including biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, tissue biology and animal models, given my training from two renowned mentors, Dr. Tom Cech, Nobel Laureate discovering the catalytic activity of RNA, and Dr. Elaine Fuchs, leading scientist of the skin stem cell biology field.I am excited to employ my knowledge and skills to develop novel medicine with cutting-edge technologies.
