I. End to end processing of company payrolls (weekly, fortnightly and monthly). II. Pre- payroll processing and leave planning system. Generating and maintaining payroll reports for client and the payment summary during the EOFY. IV. Updating and maintaining payroll schedules as per client requirements. V. Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries and policies changes. VI. Maintaining Annual, Personal leaves report for employees. VII. Liaising awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc. Processing termination payments to the employees. IX. Amending/Maintaining employee accounts prior to the payroll processing such as leave adjustments, back pay, commission, bonuses etc. X. Leave rework, super reconciliation, client set up and web account set up.
