I am an innovative engineering leader and I lead by transparency rooted in metrics, finding ways to make technology and business strategy work hand-in-hand. My passion lies in digital transformation – how tech, data and more importantly people can reshape businesses. It\'s a balancing act, and luckily my technical background and people skills helps me understand the needs of both sides. Throughout my career, I\'ve always pushed for growth and innovation wherever I go.Right now, I\'m at Walmart Global Tech, leading the charge on transforming key areas, both digitally and across the business overall. It\'s a huge undertaking: collaborating with engineering teams, product management, data platforms, even operations and privacy. I have also driven integrations with key partners, expanding our last-mile delivery capabilities, marketplace reach, B2B initiatives, and even integrations with our pharmacies, tire sales and Payment Gateways. It\'s about using technology to create synergies. My core belief is that success comes from empowering people, streamlining processes, and using technology smartly. I want companies to move faster, get better results, and never stop finding new ways to improve. Data and digital literacy are essential, and I push that throughout the organization.My whole focus is making sure these tech and data strategies actually support our big business goals – not just change for change\'s sake. Every change needs to deliver real value to keep us competitive. I\'ve got a long history of doing just that, in all sorts of industries. Whether it\'s new enterprise software at fortune 1 company, optimizing Payments, or a new \"Loan Origination\" Product at a startup, using things like AI and IoT, what matters to me are the results: happier customers, better efficiency, new ways to make money… that\'s what drives me.I\'m the kind of person who\'s always looking for the \'next big tech thing\' – cloud computing, AI/ML, Generative AI, Web3, IoT… you name it. I\'m passionate about using those technologies to shake things up and do things no one\'s ever done before.My work with data has also been all about transformation. It\'s not just about reports, it\'s about unlocking customer insights, driving smarter marketing, and helping everyone in the company make better decisions with data behind them. On a lighter note, my Sundays have involved dodging volleyballs and indulging in delicious homemade brunch with 15 friends on the court for over a decade. It\'s my secret weapon for conquering Monday mornings!
