When people ask me what I do (including my family), it took me years to find the right words, but here they are.Iβm a learning experience designer who focuses on brain-friendly and human-centred learning. I care about how people see, hear, feel, and think in the learning session. Thatβs why I design experiences with clear visuals and plenty of interaction, so people stay engaged and learn by doing, not just by listening.I design and facilitate workshops and training programs for both large corporate initiatives and individual teams. My main focus areas are leadership development, communication, collaboration, cross-cultural work, and team building. My work usually spans the full learning journey: from understanding the real need, to designing the experience, facilitating sessions, and supporting what happens after.Iβm a certified instructional designer with over five years of experience in leadership consulting, working across five regions and many cultures and industries.
