Investigate and resolve issues using documented procedures, scripts, and temporary permission adjustments as needed.• Development & ConfigurationUse Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Salesforce Developer Orgs to configure and develop customisations within Salesforce. Conduct quality assurance testing in sandbox environments to ensure changes are robust, effective, and aligned with business needs.• Control & Release ManagementEmploy GitHub for source control and collaboration, maintaining version history and ensuring a structured deployment process. Work closely with teams to manage and track changes, supporting a consistent and reliable release cycle.• Quality ManagementMonitor data integrity by auditing user inputs, identifying inconsistencies, and guiding users on maintaining clean and reliable records in Salesforce.• Dashboard & ReportingCreate and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.• Bulk Data ManagementAssist users with data import/export operations. Guide them in data preparation, execute batch processes using scripts or data loader tools, and validate the accuracy of results.• Training & Best PracticesDesign and deliver sessions tailored to user needs, promoting effective use of Salesforce and adherence to best practices. Focus on addressing recurring challenges and enhancing user proficiency.
