   Oct 2024 — Present · Las Vegas, NV, US

   Strategized and executed a complete rebuild/turnaround strategy, while leading HF through a series of SEC and NASDAQ compliance issues.Major Accomplishments from 2020 to Present- Drove nearly a 120% and 200% growth from 2020 to 2024 with respect to revenue and EBITDA, despite dealing with legacy compliance issues and zero investment dollars- Complete buildout of the entire HF corporate structure, including establishing HR, Legal, Supply Chain, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, IT, and Lean Operations functions- Led special internal investigation in association with a short seller report alleging improper undisclosed related party transactions and misusage of funds by former management team, resulting in replacement of entire management team- Replaced all external advisors including new auditor, SEC counsels, etc- Saved HF from NASDAQ delisting by successfully restating multiple years of financials as a result of the internal investigation- Stabilized the Company by being named Interim CFO on two separate occasions.
