I\'m excited to begin a new chapter in my career with JAX joining the People Services group in HR! My new role takes my previous experience in Talent Acquisition and HR and allows me to support complex HR projects across the organization and help to ensure that employees and teams are in place to address compliance issues and for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as providing adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws. Leading and administering various compliance programs and initiatives, including monitoring compliance with business requirements, developing strategies, tools, resources, and frameworks to ensure compliance.
