After a high-achieving career leading major brands at General Mills, The Learning Company, GE, Sara Lee, and Target, Lindy shifted her focus to her true passion: helping women 40+ feel strong, confident, energized, and in control of their health.Armed with a Human Biology degree from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan, Lindy blends science-backed insights with real-world practicality. Her approach is rooted in her own lifelong dedication to fitness—she has completed two marathons, two Ragnar relay races, and more workouts and training cycles than she can count.
