I provide strategic advice on portfolio management and carry out brand audits. I have experience of enforcement and preservation of trade mark rights, including pre-litigation advice and conducting hearings before the UK Intellectual Property Office. I also have extensive experience of launching and defending trade mark opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings in the UK, EU and internationally.I have a very wide network of foreign attorney contacts around the world. This has been built up over her many years in practice and through my involvement with the International Trademark Association (INTA).
