With over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am a passionate and strategic leader who thrives on finding and hiring the best talent for global content creation. I currently oversee the recruiting function for First Media US, a fast-growing media company that produces inspiring and viral content for millions of viewers across various platforms and brands, including So Yummy, Blossom, Blusher, and BabyFirst. As the Director of Recruiting, I am responsible for hiring creative producers, strategists, editors, and post-production managers for our food, DIY, and lifestyle verticals, and building our growing performance marketing team, a leader in the DTC space. I also develop and execute diversity recruitment strategies to ensure that our content reflects and resonates with our diverse and global audience. Additionally, I leverage data and analytics to optimize our hiring process, measure our performance, and identify areas of improvement.
