About Lindsey Maldonado

I’m a highly passionate and impactful Talent professional who keeps connection with others and operational efficiency at the root of everything I do.When I was 6 years old, I started a weekly “Friday club” for the elementary school kids in my neighborhood. We did crafts, put on performances for our families, and consistently connected week after week. When I share this story with friends and colleagues, I typically hear, “knowing you, that doesn’t surprise me at all.” I grew up to start my career in higher education, leading college students, teaching leadership development courses, and planning the summer-long new student orientation event. When I wanted a new challenge, I pivoted into the HR space in Talent Acquisition, providing front-line support to hiring leaders, innovating candidate processes, and bridging gaps between recruiters and the business. More recently, I supported Talent systems including Dayforce, Workday, VNDLY, and Greenhouse. I oversaw the company-wide change management project for a Workday implementation and acted as a consultant for Talent COEs to provide solutions to operational inefficiencies, while consistently kept the teammate experience front of mind.A few other things about me- I love to be in front of a room of people sharing an exciting announcement or facilitating a training- I’ve been the go-to person for solutions throughout my career. If I can’t fix it, I know who can- I approach all problems with open mindedness and resilience, and I thrive on ambiguity and variety- I’m obsessed with staying organized and making the day-to-day easier for others.I’ve seen lot of shifts in my career with one constant - it’s always been about the people. Someone once told me that “there are not companies, there are just people that make up those companies,” and that mindset has been a driving force in how I approach each day.
