As an RD, my goal is to help clients create a positive relationship with food and I enjoy teaching clients how all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, traveling, all things Penn State (proud alumna, WE ARE!), going to concerts and Philadelphia sporting events, and spending time with my family and our three fur babies, two dogs and a cat.
