I’m a customer-centric and strategy-minded leader with a background in product, operations, and experience design, most recently focused on building more human and effective ways for people to navigate employee benefits.I’ve led product teams, designed governance frameworks for major enterprise investments, built new functions, and partnered closely with senior executives to bring clarity and momentum to complex change. Most recently, I served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Experience Officer at Unum and led cross-functional efforts to improve customer outcomes across digital and service touch-points, expected to impact over one million interactions annually.Whether I’m shaping strategy, coaching teams, or designing new ways of working, I’m most motivated by helping people—customers, colleagues, and stakeholders—get to better outcomes with less friction.
