ABOUT LINDSEY QUINNIES

I’m passionate about helping people show up as their best, most authentic selves. As a Manager of Customer Success at Qnary, I support a team of CSMs while partnering with individuals, executives, and brands to build an online presence with purpose and impact. I work closely with leaders across industries to strengthen digital presence, elevate personal brands, and foster genuine connections with their audiences. What drives me is creating experiences that feel both strategic and authentic, for clients and for the teams supporting them.My background blends customer service, digital marketing, and social media strategy, shaped by years of working with people, leading teams, and building brands both in-store and online. Before Qnary, I was the Managing Director at The Local Store at Volume One in Eau Claire, WI, where I led a team of 10+, managed our e-commerce + in-store inventory, curated product selections and retail merchandising, and brought fresh energy to our digital presence and in-store experience. I also contributed to editorial content creation, supported community storytelling, and helped plan and execute local events and tourism initiatives. These efforts deepened my connection to the community and sharpened my skills in communication, coordination, and creative strategy.I lead with empathy, stay curious, and focus on continuous improvement, especially when it comes to supporting people, building trust, and creating space for meaningful growth.Outside of work, you can find me taking in art, live music, or comedy, exploring new restaurants, strolling through parks or neighborhoods, giving back to local causes, and rooting for small businesses making a big impact. Usually with my bulldog, Bubba, alongside.I hold a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, with concentrations in Writing & Editing, Media & Communication, and Culture & Gender. That interdisciplinary foundation continues to shape how I think, communicate, and lead.
