   As an Operations Program Manager, I serve as an essential on-site team member, collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary research teams to ensure their operational needs are fully met, facilitating the success of ambitious research programs. My role involves building strong cross-functional relationships with research teams, product, legal, finance, operations, facilities, and vendors, acting as a reliable point of contact to support the program\'s objectives. I utilize my project management and operations expertise to remove barriers, effectively communicate key information to stakeholders, and maintain focus on both the overarching goals and the fine details of our projects. • Support day-to-day operations for a research team within Reality Labs, including budgeting, procurement, staffing support, documentation, and program delivery. • Own budgeting and spend tracking workflows, helping teams plan, forecast, and stay aligned as priorities evolve. • Manage procurement and vendor relationships end-to-end, partnering closely with vendors and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly. • Support staffing for interns and contract resources (non-FTE), including onboarding coordination and capacity planning. • Build and maintain internal documentation and documentation sites to centralize knowledge and reduce friction for the team. • Help establish practical, scalable processes that bring clarity and consistency to complex research workflows. • Regularly use AI tools to support documentation, research synthesis, and operational workflows, with exposure to AI training initiatives through program and project management.
