   Lead Employee Data Quality efforts across HCM Core, Recruiting, Position Management, and M&A to support Workday tenant readiness for implementation- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) employee data integrations by overseeing data quality, data migration, and harmonization system activities- Function as a thought partner with global collaborators to build seamless, end-to-end employee data migration strategies for sophisticated, high visibility employee programs- Leverage CTQs, VOC, and UAT to drive innovative process improvement across partner groups- Support the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that embed scalable frameworks/methodologies to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs- Communicate system and process changes for Employee Success (referred to as “ES” forward) programs to global partners- Drive project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and handling critical issues/risk- Develop and maintain scalable documentation and controls for systems and process supporting ES programs- Collaborate across functionally within ES - and beyond - finding opportunities to provide thought partnership for processes, procedures, and training that will shape the way the ES operates now and in the future- Use deep expertise of Salesforce’s approach to ES to provide support and counsel on complex issues.
