About Lindsey McLain
For 20 years, I have worked in the insurance industry; initially as a claims examiner, then for ten years as an SIU Investigator, and most recently as an SIU Supervisor of a six-person team at ICW Group. During my career in the insurance industry, I’ve worked in numerous aspects of claims investigations ranging from investigating accident scenes to providing prosecutor’s offices with investigative reports to presenting fraud training programs. As a result, I’ve gained extensive experience investigating suspected fraud cases and successfully working with vendors, law enforcement, and across different company departments to efficiently bring those investigations to a resolution.
