About Lindsey Morris

I build the systems and processes that keep broker recruiting and retention running — and I do it from the ground up. Over the past five years at Cushman & Wakefield, I migrated a legacy underwriting request process into a scalable Smartsheet-based platform that now tracks recruits, steers activity, and drives annual retention projections used for capital planning at the executive level. That system is currently being expanded globally. My work sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy — translating complex workflows into clean processes that cross-functional teams can actually use. I partner closely with underwriting, business intelligence, and technology stakeholders to make sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. Broker development is also core to my background — I launched and ran an entry-level broker development program from 2021 to 2025, and I continue to contribute to coaching initiatives focused on revenue growth and broker development.
