   Jan 2021 — Present

   Led the development and enterprise-wide launch of the Early Talent Strategy, creating the strategic framework, definition of Early Talent, and a scalable foundation for long-term growth• Partnered with global stakeholders to drive alignment, awareness and adoption of ET strategy across regions• Designed and executed global education and communication campaigns to increase awareness, reinforce business value, and embed Early Talent practices across regions• Established enterprise-wide program definitions and success metrics, enabling standardized tracking and reporting• Realigned and optimized US Internship program, resulting in a 58% year-over-year increase in intern conversion • (January 2021-March 2023) – Managed the North America University Recruiting Organization, including a UR Manager and 7 direct reports, ensuring consistent delivery of regional hiring goals• (April 2023-Present) Serve as a member of the Talent Strategy and Planning leadership team, responsible for the creation and launch of the organization’s enterprise Talent Strategy
