It’s about more than just support—it’s about helping people live the lives they choose.I coordinate services with families, medical providers, and community partners to make sure everyone has what they need—from care to connection to opportunities. I focus on collaboration and advocacy. If there’s a barrier, I’m working to break it. If someone needs a voice, I’m speaking up.Inspired by innovative models like the Easterseals Arkansas Roommate Housing Program, I support new ways to live independently—including smart-home tech, remote support, and roommate matching. These creative solutions reduce the need for overnight staff while promoting safety, connection, and autonomy.My approach is hands-on, heart-forward, and rooted in the belief that inclusion isn’t optional—it’s essential.
